In 1917, Jerome H. Rhoads began selling kerosene from the back of a rail car in Lancaster County, PA. As times changed, so did our products and services, which now include everything from heating oil to commercial fueling to heating and air conditioning equipment installation.

Our Building
Revitalizing the city: Our building is yet another example of Rhoads Energy's commitment to our region. Rhoads replaced a decaying warehouse that the mayor called "dangerous" with new, state-of-the-art facility on South Prince Street that uses radiant floor heating and a highly efficient cooling system. The Rhoads Energy Building was the first in a Lancaster City Keystone Opportunity Zone, and has drawn praise from local, state and national officials.
