Save Later - When you buy from UGI, you are paying a charge, or receiving a credit, to true up gas costs for the prior 12 months. When you choose another supplier, this UGI charge or "migration charge" will then apply for the next 12 months. Currently this fee may add up to 8% to
            your natural gas charge. Once you stay with Rhoads for a year, this UGI migration fee will then
            be eliminated. If you move into a new or existing home and choose Rhoads, you'll pay no migration
            charge from day 1.

The Natural gas Transition
A few key details for UGI customers who transfer their natural gas service to Rhoads:

Start by completing the simple online enrollment process with Rhoads Energy.

Do not cancel your service with UGI. As a convenience to customers, Rhoads Energy will notify UGI and manage the transition on your behalf.

You will still receive your invoice from UGI. However, this invoice will reflect Rhoads Energy pricing and will list Rhoads on your bill as your preferred provider.
