Rhoads Energy Promotes Jennifer Goldbach to Vice President

The Rhoads Energy Family of Companies announced it has promoted Jennifer Goldbach to Vice President of Business Development. The new position was designed to manage the company’s pace of growth and emerging opportunities. Rhoads offers a wide range of energy services in Central Pennsylvania through Rhoads Energy and its related companies.

In her role as Vice President, Goldbach will manage all strategy, staff and programs aimed at business development for several brands in the region, including E.G. Smith Inc. and Boyertown Oil & Propane.

Prior to her promotion, Goldbach served as Business Development Director for Propane Services, where she rapidly expanded sales of propane in Lancaster, Chester, Berks and Montgomery Counties. Goldbach also spearheaded the effort to introduce propane as a fuel source for school bus fleets in the region.

“Jennifer’s long track-record of success has continued with Rhoads, where she’s leveraged her experience and talent to drive growth for our company,” said Michael F. DeBerdine, President and CEO. “Our continuous expansion created a clear need for a leader to manage our sales and marketing effort, and Jennifer has proven she’s the right person for the job.”

Goldbach has built a decades-long career in leadership positions. Before coming to Rhoads in 2013, she was Vice President of the Business Development group for Benchmark Construction, a regional commercial builder. Prior to joining Benchmark, Goldbach held several executive positions, including President of HomeSale Mortgage Services and President and CEO of First National Bank of North East (Maryland).

Goldbach graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Computer Science. She lives with her husband in West Hempfield Township.
