The Pennsylvania Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps low-income households pay for heating bills through energy assistance grants and crisis grants.

Eligible households could receive grants of $200-$1000 to help with heating costs. The program is open and accepting applications for the 2018-2019 heating season. Visit the LIHEAP Benefit Calculator to see how much help your household could receive. The income requirements start at $18,210 for a 1-person household.
