At EG Smith, we value loyalty. In fact, we think our long-time customers deserve a reward. That’s why we created a Loyalty Program that rewards you when you trust us to serve your heating and cooling needs.
Our upgraded and improved program has new ways to earn points and items for redemption. Our upgraded and improved program started in October 2020 and has new ways to earn points and items for redemption. Any previous Loyalty Points earned have been converted to the new program’s point scale. Going forward, points will be earned based on the transactions listed below.
All EG Smith customers are automatically enrolled into our Loyalty Program and start earning points immediately.
There are several ways to earn points based on different types of transactions.
- Register for your Portal account – 100 points
- eStatement enrollment – 100 points
- Installation – 10% of final cost of installation will be converted to points
- Automatic delivery customer – 20 points per month
- Budget customer – 20 points per month
- ePay customer – 10 points per month
- Service contract – 10 points per month
- Fleet card transaction – 20 points per month
Plus … for every gallon of heating oil or propane delivered, you’ll earn one point per gallon.
Redeem your Loyalty Points
The easiest way to check and redeem your Loyalty Points is through our Online Portal. Once logged into your portal account, visit the “My Account” tab, and then “My Loyalty Points”.

- $250 off the purchase and installation of a new HVAC system
- Cap Plan Program price and fee discounts
- Gallon discount on your next fuel delivery
