Heather Stehman Named Brand Marketing Manager

The Rhoads Energy Family of Companies has named Heather Stehman its Brand Marketing Manager.  The organization offers a wide range of energy services across Central Pennsylvania through Rhoads Energy and several related companies.

In her new position, Stehman will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue, define and amplify the company’s brand, and achieve other important organizational goals.

Michael DeBerdine III, President and CEO of Rhoads, said Stehman has played an invaluable role in the company’s success since joining Rhoads in 2014.

“Heather has demonstrated an unusual ability to develop creative, out-of-the-box ideas and, at the same time, oversee timelines, budgets and other details,” DeBerdine said. “We’re very pleased to expand her role and opportunities with our organization.”

Prior to becoming Brand Marketing Manager, Stehman served as Marketing Coordinator for Rhoads Energy and held similar positions with other companies in the region. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Millersville University.

Stehman engages in a range of volunteer and charitable pursuits, including the Extraordinary Give and United Way campaigns. She is also deeply involved in her local school’s PTO and is currently a candidate for Boyertown School District Board in the upcoming general election.

Stehman and her family live in Gilbertsville.
