Mack Energy is now known as Rhoads Energy

As you know, in 2020, Mack Services Group joined the Rhoads Energy Family of Companies, a locally based energy and HVAC provider that has served the region for over 100 years. The McCorry family believed partnering with Rhoads Energy was the ideal fit – and the best way to maintain hometown, high-quality service for their customers.

Now, after two years continuing to operate under the Mack Energy brand, we have decided to begin a transition to the Rhoads Energy name and logo. We are making this change to streamline operations for our customers, maintain lower costs, and consolidate our team under one umbrella.

Another reason:  Dave McCorry, former owner, thinks it’s a good idea. In a recent interview, Dave said it was time to make the transition, noting “it makes sense. In the past, Mack experienced challenges when we operated multiple brands and by consolidating brands, we gained many efficiencies in our operations. I believe the important thing for our customers to know is that they will continue to be served by the same team of drivers, techs, and office staff through this transition and beyond.” See the interview here:

Here’s what this means for you as a customer:

The best things won’t change a bit …

You will still be served by the same delivery folks, technicians, and office staff, working from the same location. You’ll still reach us using the same phone numbers. You’ll still access your online account through the same portal, using the same login information. As a reminder, in the fall of 2021, all Mack technicians became part of the Cool Crew, one of the premier heating and cooling teams in Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania.

What the new chapter will bring …

Soon, you will see the Rhoads Energy name on invoices, vehicles, correspondence, and more. Online, the Mack Energy website will begin to redirect to the Rhoads Energy website. We will be discontinuing the Mack Energy Facebook page and encouraging you to follow Rhoads Energy on Facebook. Finally, starting now, your regular enews will come from Rhoads Energy, not Mack Energy.
