Experienced HVAC Install/Service Technicians - Lancaster

We are currently looking to hire experienced HVAC install/service technicians to fill several positions in our Lancaster office.

HVAC Install/Service Technician is responsible for skillfully performing installations and maintenance on residential heating and cooling units and completing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: air conditioning units, heating units, heat pumps, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, and humidifiers.

Essential functions of the position include:
– Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling units
– Install, repair and maintain heating and cooling units for residential customers.
– Diagnose and repair electrical components of heating and cooling units.
– Travel to job sites and work with Dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
– Be available to work nights and weekends on rotating on-call basis to service emergency needs of our customers.
– Document all equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, and necessary test measurements as needed.
– Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct issue.

Credit Manager - Sinking Spring

We are seeking an experienced credit manager in our Sinking Spring office. The Credit Manager is responsible for the granting credit, the consistent application of the corporate credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales with bad debt losses. This position follows through on established credit procedures to minimize collection costs and maximizing cash flow. The Credit Manager also identifies problem accounts and provides regular updates of receivables to management.

Essential job functions include:
• Answer incoming customer credit calls and effectively addresses their inquiries timely and accurately.
• Effectively manage A/R balances through all divisions. Place collection calls to customers as required, and send “collection letters” for all past due accounts on a scheduled basis.
• Accurately posts daily cash, credit card and check payments to customer accounts.
• Process customer statements and invoices for timely mailing.
• Process timely credit reports on new customers, establish credit limits, and make credit decisions within assigned authority.
• Enforce credit policy and ensure adherence to accepted standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the credit collection agency.
• Set-up budget accounts for customers, and perform mid-season review of all budget payment amounts, adjusting payments as necessary.
• Review all on-hold and dispatch reports on a timely basis.
• Complete “closing” of terminated customer accounts.
• Serve as the billing/credit liaison in the customer escalation chain
• Act as a back-up, answering inbound customer service phone calls

Second-Shift Dispatcher - Sinking Spring

We are seeking an experienced Petroleum Dispatcher to join our team on 2nd shift at our Sinking Spring location. This full-time position is responsible for the daily operation of customer satisfaction and the fuel oil and propane delivery operations.

The ideal candidate has:
• Prior dispatching experience
• The ability to multi-task in a small busy office as part of our front line team
• Excellent customer relations
• Experience creating reports in Microsoft Excel
