Introducing our New Online Portal and Mobile App
We are excited to announce our new and improved online portal and mobile app that allows you to have more control of your account with Rhoads Energy or one of our sister divisions. Our new portal features more functionality and easier to navigate menus.
You’ll have all the features of our previous portal … plus new features including:
- Try our Budget Calculator to see how the Bundle Up Program can help you manage your winter fuel costs.
- Enroll in an annual service contract. These contracts protect and maintain your home’s furnace, boiler, central air conditioner, heat pump and/or water heater. Plans are available for oil, propane, and natural gas heating systems.
- Request heating oil and propane deliveries.
- Make secure payments with saved billing profiles. No need to enter your payment information every time you’d like to pay an invoice.
- Sign up for paperless billing and automatic fuel delivery.
- Lock in price protection rates with our Cap and PreBuy programs.
- View past account transactions.
To register for your free account, visit the portal at https://myportal.rhoadsenergy.com. You will need your account number and the numbers from your billing address (house number or PO Box number) to verify your registration.
Download our mobile app to have all the same access to your account wherever you are! The Portal by Rhoads Energy Family of Companies app is available for iOS and Android devices.
