Amy Stackhouse – Wins Women in Energy EmpowerHER Award
We’re thrilled to share that Amy Stackhouse, Director of Delivery Operations for Rhoad Energy, has been named the winner of Women in Energy’s EmpowerHER Award.

Women in Energy is a national association focused on education, growth, and mentorship for women in the energy industry. The EmpowerHER Award category, new for 2025, recognizes women who set the standards for excellence in customer service, operations, and dedication within the industry. The award was presented on September 11 during the group’s annual conference in New Jersey.
Amy joined Rhoads Energy 35 years ago, advancing through roles that included credit manager, dispatcher, inventory manager, and director of distillates. In her current position, leading delivery operations, she oversees routing, inventory, and safety for millions of gallons of delivered product annually, supporting drivers and teams that serve thousands of homes and businesses.
Amy’s story is pure Rhoads, from nights scheduling customer appointments 35 years ago to leading delivery operations that keep our communities’ heating and cooling needs supplied safely and reliably. Along the way, she has modernized the systems our teams use daily, mentored rising leaders, and built a people-first culture rooted in safety, integrity, and service.
