We recently updated our automated phone menu to enable us to get you to the correct department as quickly as possible. When you call our office, you will be prompted for your selected and be directed to the corresponding department. Please see the quick reference guide below our updated phone system options.

OPTION 1: FUEL DELIVERY

1. Established customers looking for current pricing, to schedule a delivery or pay a bill.
2. Become a new fuel delivery customer.

OPTION 2: HVAC SERVICE/INSTALLATION (COOL CREW)

1. Schedule emergency service.
2. Schedule annual maintenance.
3. Schedule HVAC installation quote or have questions about a scheduled installation.
4. Pay a service bill, have questions about a service bill or need additional assistance from the Cool Crew team.
